neo-birch began with a simple observation: traditional grooming salons can be stressful for many pets. The unfamiliar environment, the sounds of other animals, and the separation from their owners creates anxiety that nobody wants for their companion.

Founded in Bristol in 2018, we set out to change the grooming experience. Our mobile service brings professional care directly to your home, where your pet feels safest. What started as a single-person operation has grown into a team of passionate animal lovers serving the entire Bristol area.
